At Alpe, we want you to love your fashion finds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Alpe account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and designer tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
